Wholesale Documentation Requirements
California Businesses Only
If your business is registered in California, please note that additional documentation is required before your wholesale account can be approved.
To verify your business, you must provide the following:
- A completed CDTFA-230 California Resale Certificate — download it here: California Certificate – CDTFA-230 (PDF)
- A copy of your California Seller’s Permit
- A copy of your Local Business License or Registration
These documents are required to confirm your business’s resale status and verify your eligibility for wholesale pricing within California.
Please upload all three documents when completing your registration form. Applications missing any required documentation will not be approved.
Businesses Outside of California
If your business is registered outside of California, you are still required to provide:
- A valid Resale Certificate (or the equivalent resale/exemption documentation for your state or country)
- A copy of your Local Business License or Registration
This documentation helps us verify legitimate wholesale partnerships and ensure compliance with local and state regulations.
