Refund policy

Return/Exchange Options:

Look — buying a gemstone through a screen isn’t always easy.
You can’t hold it, turn it in the light, or see how it shifts in person — and that matters.

We’ve built our process to make sure everything stays simple and smooth from start to finish.

1) Stone Swap

If you’d like to exchange your stone:

  • Email us within 14 days of delivery

  • We’ll issue you a 30-day store credit

Take your time and look around — if something else feels like a better fit, we’ll swap it out.

If your new selection is higher in price, you can simply pay the difference.
If it’s lower, we’ll refund the difference back to you.

No restocking fees. No pressure.

If nothing ends up speaking to you within those 30 days, we’ll simply move forward with a refund (see below).


2) Refund

If you’d prefer a refund:

  • Email us within 14 days of delivery

  • We’ll provide return instructions

Once we receive the stone and confirm it’s in original condition, we’ll issue your refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.


A Few Notes

  • Clearance items, custom orders, and deposits are non refundable

  • Stones must be returned in original condition
